INSTEK GOM-802 DC Milli-Ohm Meter

The GW Instek GOM-802 is a high precision programmable DC Milli-ohm meter suitable for the low resistance measurements of switches, relays, connectors, PCB tracks and variety of other devices. There are nine measurement ranges from 30 m-ohm to 3 M-ohm selected automatically or manually with the constant current between 1 µA and 1A, 0.05% high accuracy, 1 µ-ohm resolution and four terminals Kelvin connection to make a reliable and consistent test result. Specifications. Resistance Measurement 30000 counts (speed : 7 times/second) Range, ohms: 30 m, 300 m, 3, 30, 300, 3 k, 30 k, 300 k, 3 M. Maximum Resolution: 1µ-ohm. Measurement: Four-terminal method. Over input range: "OL" indication. Maximum Applied voltage: 30 m-ohm to 3 ohm range, 30 VpDC, other range 100 VpDC.
